Who I Am & What I Do

Hi, I’m Sarah Abraham—a passionate educator, instructional designer, public speaker, and community leader with a multidisciplinary background that spans education, finance, human resources, and advocacy.

For over two decades, I’ve led teams, developed training programs, managed complex budgets, and spoken on influential stages to champion equity, education, and empowerment. Currently, I teach 5th grade at Lincoln Elementary School in Richmond, California, where I also served as Teacher Technology Leader. My work focuses on making learning accessible and engaging for all students, especially those navigating systemic barriers.

I hold a B.A. in Organizational Communication from San Francisco State University and am currently pursuing graduate-level studies focused on instructional design and the integration of ChatGPT in education.

Driven by the belief that every learner deserves access to meaningful, differentiated instruction, I created ChatGPT for K–12 Educators as my graduate capstone project. The course is a self-paced, simulation-based professional learning experience that helps teachers integrate AI into their instructional practice to save time and better support diverse learners.

In addition to my work in the classroom, I’m the founder of SureFire Expressions, a coaching and training consultancy that helps professionals master public speaking, presentation design, and communication skills.

Whether I’m designing curriculum, mentoring educators, or delivering keynotes, my goal is simple: to use the power of education and technology to create opportunities, close equity gaps, and inspire lasting change.
